Short by design. The page sets no cookie, runs no counter and loads nothing from a third party, so there is little to explain, and this page is the whole list of what happens.
What the site does
One stylesheet and two font files are loaded from this same domain, and the only script on the site is the copy button next to the onion addresses; it reads the text of the button and writes it to your clipboard, then erases the label. No cookie is set, no local storage is written, no font or script arrives from another owner, and no analytics or advertising code runs here at all.
The pages are static HTML, so nothing about you is needed to render them. The address you came in through, the search string you typed and the page you came from stay in your own browser history.
What the server still sees
A request needs an address to answer, so the hosting provider in front of the site keeps connection data for its own operations: the IP the request came from or the address of the Tor exit node that carried it, the path, the browser string, the time, and for how long is up to the host and the retention the owner configures. That is a hosting log, not a profile: there is no identifier here that survives a new circuit.
Because the point of the service is that the address is only reachable through Tor, arriving over Tor is the normal case: the site then sees an exit node instead of you. If you open it from a browser without Tor, the address in the log is yours, and that is the one consequence worth knowing.
Requests and changes
Nothing here is sold or handed to an advertising buyer, because nothing is collected to sell. A correction, an objection or a question about this page goes to the address in the footer; the person who answers it is the same one who writes these pages.
