Everything below is the same for a buyer with one missing order and a vendor with a payout question. There is one desk, it works inside the market, and it has no phone.
| Channel | Where it lives | Best for | Response depends on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Support desk inside the account | Every published endpoint, same queue | A missing order, a stuck escrow, a wrong deposit address | Whether the ticket carries the order number |
| Email, [email protected] | Clearnet, open to anybody | Mirror and link questions, corrections to this page | What can be verified without the account |
| Admin posts on the Tor forum | Hidden service, public | Signed announcements about a new address | Whether the post carries a verifiable signature |
| No office, no phone | Nothing to visit | Nothing | There is no street address to send anything to |
How to write
Support lives inside the market, behind the account. A ticket opened from the account that holds the order carries the order number and the history with it, which is why the same question by email takes longer: the address you write from proves nothing, so the number has to be typed, and the answer has to come back through the account anyway.
PGP is worth using for anything that matters. The market requires it for vendor messages, and the same key works for a ticket that should not be readable in transit. The site itself has no form and no chat widget, so a page offering a live chat for Nexus is not this site.
